As if teaming up alongside the likes of Dennis Bergkamp, Robert Pires and PatrickVieira wasn't enough, Thierry Henry has revealed Mesut Ozil is one player he would have loved to play with at Arsenal.
Henry was a part of the Arsenal setup for eight years between 1999 and 2007, spearheading the club's attack in what many would describe as the most successful period in their history.

Speaking as a Sky Sports pundit during Wednesday evening's Champions League coverage, the Frenchman is reported by the Daily Mail's David Kent listing precisely what it is that makes Ozil such a valuable teammate.
Henry said:
I would have loved to have played with him, he reminds me of RobertPires. He will share the ball. He can find a guy who is quick, a target striker. He can play any type of ball.
He has the thing you want from a midfielder. He has time. It seems like he is playing on his own in his garden. He brought that composure on the ball that you need. I think he brought that to Arsenal football club. Him coming with his name. You have got to back it up. He did back it up.
The Gunners legend's comments came in the midst of Arsenal's 2-0 defeat againstNapoli, which condemned them to finish as Group F runners-up thanks to BorussiaDortmund's 2-1 victory over Marseille.
Ozil has etched a name for himself as one of the best playmakers in the world, and it's certainly no coincidence that the club's Premier League dominance thus far in the campaign coincided with his £42.5 million arrival in North London.
Futbol Europeo posted this image on Twitter, bastions of two Arsenal generations meeting in the build-up to Wednesday's European encounter:
Instead of Henry, however, Olivier Giroud has been the French hitman benefiting most from the 25-year-old's creative qualities. Ozil has assisted three of his teammate's 10 goals across all competitions this season, according to transfermarkt.co.uk.
Arsenal were obviously aware of the talent they were bringing in this summer, after the German international assisted his former Real Madrid teammates on no less than 24 occasions across all competitions last term, again as per transfermarkt.co.uk.
Ozil has been lucky enough to call some of Europe's finest attackers his squadmates in recent years at both club and country level, but needless to say, a partnership alongside Henry could have been even more devastating than anything else seen so far.
Two players who could both end up as prominent flag bearers of separate memorable eras of Arsenal's history, teaming up as one, is an enticing thought for any football fan, regardless of who one supports.
